Once I made it past 40 I thought I pretty much had it made. Nice career, nice wife, kids, house yada yada, an all around no drama life. This last six plus years have been a living nightmare for my wife as I tried to deal with things that had not happened to me during the previous 45 perfect years. In December of 2008, as we tried to turn the pages of our not so perfect life, my wife was diagnosed with an incurable form of cancer. By July she will have finished eight rounds of chemo and as any cancer survivor can attest, life sucks at that point. We are in the fight of our life - please wish Linda well. I love racing and being at the races however, this year will be spent close to home and I hope closer to my wife. Thanks
